1. Customer Photo Confidentiality

At ArtUnique, your privacy and photo confidentiality are our highest priority. Any photograph uploaded for laser engraving, UV printing, or digital mockup rendering is used strictly and exclusively for manufacturing your commissioned keepsake gift.

Your photos are never shared with third parties, advertised, or published without your explicit written consent.

2. Information We Collect

When placing an order, we collect your name, shipping address, contact phone/WhatsApp number, and engraved text. Payment credentials are processed directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Cards) and never stored on our servers.

3. Automatic 30-Day Server Purge

Customer photo source files and high-res laser cutfiles are automatically purged from our production servers 30 days after order delivery confirmation.
