1. Customisation & 3D Proof Approvals

For all personalized orders, our graphic artists generate a high-definition 3D digital proof shared via WhatsApp. Once you approve the digital proof, the order proceeds immediately to CNC laser engraving and UV printing.

2. Photo Resolution & Print Quality

Please ensure that uploaded photographs are well-lit and not blurry. Our design team will digitally optimize brightness and contrast, but final engraving quality relies on original image clarity.

3. Production & Courier Timelines

Standard personalized orders are manufactured within 24 to 48 working hours. Pan-India express delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days via reputed logistics partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC).
